The website was initially called Ms. Powell's Ideas for Management Ideas for Teachers. In 2008, the website changed its title in to The Cornerstone for Teachers in honour of her debut book. Angela's 40-hour Workweek Program is in use by more than 45,000 schools to improve the efficiency of their staff. Initially designed for educators, 40 Hour later was broadened into a coaching program for instructional teachers as well as administrative staff. It helps teachers be more focused on their contracts for teaching and time so that they are able to focus on what is important.
