Melina Kanakaredes, an American actress is known for her portrayals of the character Dr. Sydney Hansen in NBC's drama Providence as well as Dr. Lane Hunter in The Resident. Her breakout performance as Eleni andros Cooper in the CBS soap show Guiding Light was also praised. Some of her most notable films include 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch.
